Frustration in Europe is palpable because the United Kingdom is not communicating clearly with their European counterparts in Brussels!

During the early stages the British Conservative party moved a motion at Westminster to accept the outcome of the June 2016 referendum and failed to arrange crossparty talks  in the National Interest and could have considered the value of a Royal Commission.
