BrExit in Scotland

The Scotland's Devolved Government, currently lead by the SNP, are allowing their "SNP raison d'etre" to influence rational thinking and longer term strategy, which will probably benefit Scotland as well as England and Wales. Breaking up the United Kingdom is simply a bridge too far!

Proposing an end to BrExit?

Aernout Fabius shares his knowledge and experience as a immigrant BeNeLux citizen and Tax Resident of the United Kingdom since 1971.

 KEEPING
   THE UNITED KINDOM
of  Great Britain and Northern Ireland's
 OPTIONS OPEN AND CONSTRUCTIVE

We are not in the business of investigating crime (personal and business property), identity theft and fraudulent use of computerised data.

British Police, EU28 customs officers and national legislators are under pressure
BrExit has exposed the fragility of our knowledge and medium/long term planning skills
Legislators in the United Kingdom need to look at the constitution and cross analyse the effect of EU membership and the hidden reasons at the heart of the Brexit debate.
The late Lord Ashdown,
former army officer and mature politician who will be remembered as an honest broker who was not afraid to speak up and point to run-of-the-mill errors and omissions.
The leave campaigners won by a very narrow margin.
The BrExit debate has reached the end of one road, and now needs to broaden it's remit significantly
Not so easy and BrExit tempers are fraying at the edges; unless parliament creates sufficient  breathing space to identify the Broader UK problems, delegates regional consultations, effectively manages expectations and agrees to extend Article 50 until May 2024...

Project Fear

“The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.”
― Franklin D. Roosevelt

Referendum 23rd June 2016

When the British people were asked to decide the binary question "to remain or leave the EU", the result took every one by surprise and none of us were prepared for the next step in the BrExit Process!

Predicting the future is a tricky business...

Watching BBC Newsnight on Monday 26th November 2018 suggests that the BrExit debate has been boiled too often or the milk may have turned sour!

 The UK's Choice

When the Conservative Government legislated for the 2016 Referendum, BrExit hit us like a sandstorm with so much dust circulating, that it obscured rational sight and thought. If we are willing to admit that, we can create a time-out period to consider the UK's Sovereignty and national priorities...
